There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so we offer a variety of different possibilities. Together with your therapist, you will decide which approach seems like the best one. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, skills groups, and process group therapy. We also offer a drop-in mindfulness group to help support your work in sessions. Sometimes a combination of approaches can be helpful – such as individual therapy along with a group, or individual therapy along with couples or family therapy. We offer different approaches to meet your different needs.
